Just when you thought Oasis fever couldn’t get any bigger, the Gallagher brothers are heading to the big screen.

The official trailer for Oasis: Don’t Look Back In Anger has landed, giving fans a first glimpse at the film documenting one of the most talked-about rock ’n’ roll comebacks of recent years.

After years of feuding, headlines and endless speculation over whether Liam and Noel Gallagher would ever share a stage again, the Oasis reunion became the music event fans had been waiting decades for.

Now, those who were lucky enough to experience the comeback and those who missed out on tickets, will get another chance to soak up the atmosphere at the cinema.

The newly released trailer offers a tantalising taste of what’s to come, celebrating the music, the fans and the extraordinary legacy of the Manchester band behind anthems including Wonderwall, Champagne Supernova, Live Forever and, of course, Don’t Look Back in Anger.

For anyone who grew up with Oasis providing the soundtrack to the 1990s, expect this one to deliver a serious hit of nostalgia.

And if the reunion proved anything, it’s that more than 30 years after (What’s the Story) Morning Glory?, Oasis still have the ability to bring generations of music fans together.

Definitely maybe one for the cinema diary.

How to watch

Oasis: Don’t Look Back In Anger arrives in cinemas from September 9 and will also be available to experience on the huge screen in IMAX.

Tickets are available now, with prices starting from £24, and discounted tickets available for under-16s.

So, if you didn’t manage to bag a ticket to see Liam and Noel in the flesh or simply fancy experiencing it all over again, this could be the next best thing.
